Revat offers women's ethnic wear and fashion products, including choli, kurti, lehenga, and premium wear.

3. Product Representation, Colours & Sizing

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and prices accurately. However, actual product colour, finish, and fit may appear slightly different from website images due to:

• Studio lighting and photography conditions
• Variations in mobile/computer screen and device display settings
• Minor variations in fabric dye lots

Such minor variations do not, by themselves, indicate a defect.

4. Product Availability & Substitutions

Product availability shown on our website may change from time to time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, an ordered product may occasionally become unavailable due to inventory or operational issues. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative or exchange, or cancel the affected order and process a full refund.

6. Pricing or Listing Errors

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a genuine typographical, technical, or system error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the affected order, even if it has already been confirmed. You will not be entitled to receive the product at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect or identify:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Fraudulent activity, fake, or suspicious COD orders
• Incomplete or suspicious shipping addresses
• Unauthorised bulk or resale orders — our website is intended for B2C retail customers, and we may cancel bulk or high-value orders suspected to be for unauthorised commercial resale
• Duplicate or accidental orders
• Technical or system errors
• Legal, regulatory, or operational requirements

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded in line with our Refund Policy.

Unless stated otherwise: only one discount code may be applied per order, and discount codes cannot be combined or stacked. Promotional offers may carry additional conditions. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or end any offer, promotion, or sale event at any time, without prior notice.

11. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

12. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to process your order, including your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address (including landmark and pincode). If incorrect or incomplete information you provide causes a delivery delay, failed delivery, or return-to-origin (RTO), we will not be responsible for the resulting delay or unsuccessful delivery, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit our responsibility for errors caused by us or our service providers.
